Ivy League Early Admission Figures December 3 Congratulations to Dartmouth College for their significant rise in Early Decision applications this year. The Ivy League Early admission figures are in and weve got some of them for our loyal readers. Weve discussed the figures for a couple of Ivies for the current admissions cycle but now weve got some more data for you. This is for the Early Decision and Early Action round for the Class of 2019. So which Ivy League college had the biggest gains year-to-year? That would be Dartmouth College, which surged with over 10.3% more applications this Early Decision cycle. Congratulations to Dartmouth College on their record number of Early Decision applications, especially after an off year the year before. The University of Pennsylvania set a record in the Early Decision round too this year. Penn scored 5,390 Early Decision applications, marking a 4.8% increase from last years applicant pool.  Brown University secured 3,016 Early applications, down 2.4% from last year. Also down this year is Princeton University, which landed 3,830 Early applications. But the universitys only down less than a percent from last year so its not too shabby! Yale University is down 1.2% from the Class of 2018, having secured 4,693 applications this year. Are you surprised that Early applications dropped at Yale, Brown, and Princeton?
